What is it

The Government of Cabo Verde, with the International Partners Conference, aims to promote technical and political dialogue, with development partners, for the mobilization of resources and partnerships in order to carry out investments in priority and transformative projects, under the Programmatic Pillars of PEDS II, capable of driving change and accelerating the sustainable development of the country.

Objectives

Present the Sustainable Development Strategic Plan - 2022/2026 (PEDS II), for the new planning cycle;
Positioning Cabo Verde as an advanced democracy, an important partner in the international community, a consistent reformer, and a country referenced in facing major challenges, such as the Covid-19 Pandemic;
Mobilize partnerships and funding, in a strategic symbiosis between external funding and the mobilization of endogenous resources;
Promote new modalities of external debt management;
To give greater opportunities to the national private sector, in the valorization of the country's economic opportunities and, in short, to diversify the economy; and
Mobilize Diaspora investment for the sustainable development of Cabo Verde.
